Aston Martin, the well-known luxury car manufacturer, is expanding its presence in the UK by launching new landmark dealerships.
Tim Barnes-Clay reports that the latest expansion includes Aston Martin Birmingham, situated in Solihull near the brand’s global headquarters in Warwickshire. This represents a £10 million investment from dealer partner Grange. The dealership features a bespoke Q by Aston Martin customer specification lounge, showcasing eight carefully curated Aston Martin models and a state-of-the-art aftersales facility.
In addition to the West Midlands location, a new dealership has been unveiled in Leeds, operated by Yorkshire-based automotive retailer JCT600. This site features an expansive ultra-luxury lounge and specification space, displaying 10 Aston Martin models and delivering customer service across sales and aftersales.
These new dealerships represent the first step in the UK towards embracing Aston Martin’s new ultra-luxury vision and corporate identity, drawing design inspiration from Aston Martin’s flagship location, Q New York. Furthermore, Marshall Motor Group from Sevenoaks will represent the South East of England, presenting a significant addition to the UK dealer network.
Marco Mattiacci, Global Chief Brand & Commercial Officer at Aston Martin, expressed his excitement for the expansion, highlighting that the new retail locations align with the brand’s diverse and desirable portfolio, including the thrilling new Vantage, upgraded DBX707, class-leading DB12, and the recently unveiled V12 flagship model, Vanquish.
This UK retail expansion is part of Aston Martin’s broader strategy to grow its presence internationally. By the end of 2024, the brand will open new showrooms and boutique locations across Europe, including in Baden-Baden, Nürnberg, Hamburg, and Prague. Additionally, Aston Martin’s presence in Asia will be reinforced with the official reopening of Aston Martin Seoul and the earlier opening of Aston Martin Suwon, marking a new era for the marque in South Korea.
As the brand continues to unveil new developments, including a Central London location set to be revealed in 2025, Aston Martin enthusiasts can anticipate an even more robust and dynamic retail experience in the future.
