Baby gear brand, Joie, has joined forces with Liverpool Football Club to bring some Christmas cheer to families in Liverpool.
As part of an initiative to support the local community, LFC’s Red Neighbours team will donate and deliver 1,500 Christmas food hampers to residents in Anfield and Kirkby.
The hampers will include fresh food to prepare a turkey roast dinner and a host of festive treats. Joie has even invited Father Christmas and his elf to help deliver the goodies in the Joie taxi.
LFC partners AXA, Cadbury, Lavazza, NH Foods and Quorn are supporting the food hampers, too.
Festive Cheer
Forbes Duff, Red Neighbours’ Senior Manager, said: “Our Operation Christmas Magic campaign aims to spread festive cheer and support. It’s fantastic to see partners like Joie caring for families and helping to make Christmas as enjoyable as possible.”
Managing Director at Joie, David Welsh, said; “Christmas can be a difficult time for many, and we hope this initiative will help people feel like they aren’t alone.”
