Russell & Atwell launched with four varieties of fresh chocolates, Creamy Milk Chocolates; Salted Caramel Chocolates; Smooth Dark Chocolates and Extra Dark Chocolates.
They have now added a fifth flavour to their core range, Creamy Hazelnut Chocolates, which are studded with bites of hazelnut and filled with a premium Italian Romana Hazelnut centre, rivalling even the most ambassadorial of delights!
In this year’s gifting range are letterbox friendly Triple Pouch Packs for those who love variety; Triple Glass Jar Gift Sets; and the motherload, The Big Kahuna Gifting Box. Russell & Atwell have also added a gift subscription service, with options to subscribe for two or three months.
Russell & Atwell are Steve (Russell) and Giles (Atwell), with over 30 years collective experience in the making and business of chocolate. The men started with a simple question: “Why are we still eating long-life chocolate, if everything tastes better fresh?” So, they set about with the challenge of making restaurant quality, fresh chilled chocolates, to be enjoyed from the comfort of your own home.
The ‘long life’ chocolate bar was invented at the start of the 20th century, but most homes have had fridges since the ‘50s. So, whilst fresh milk, pasta and desserts have all migrated to the fridge, chocolate has been left on the shelf.
It’s time fresh chocolate became the go-to standard for quality, simplicity of ingredients and indulgence, replacing the need for palm oil with fresh organic cream – don’t you reckon, dads?
