Entry into this competition confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and your agreement to be bound by the decisions of 3 Dimensional Media LTD.

There will be one prize winner, winning one Einehell RT-CD 18 Volt Drill and one Einehell RT-JS85 Jigsaw.
Entries must be received by [25.06.2012]. Any entries received after this time and date will not be included in the draw. The draw will take place after 5.00pm on Friday [29.06.2012]. The winner will be notified by email, phone call or letter on or before Friday [06.07.2012 ].The winners will be selected at random from all the entries received before the closing date and time. The winners may also be contacted by 3 Dimensional Media LTD to arrange provision of the prize.
Should 3 Dimensional Media LTD be unable to contact the winner, or the winner fail to accept the prize by email, phone call or letter, before 5.00pm on Friday [13.07.2012], another winner will be selected at random.

Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as permission by the entrant of this Prize Draw to take publicity photographs and interview the winner and for these to be used by 3 Dimensional Media LTD in any media publication.
